Visby

I'm going to jump a few days forward now, last weekend I was in Visby to see Josefin and Marie Nilsson, we went there by boat. It was my first time to travel by boat and I have to say although I love to be close to the water, I wasn't a viking in my past life, I was soooo seasick! ahh well, I was happy I got put my feet on the normal ground again after more than 3 hours. 

The weather wasn't very good but it wasn't too bad either. The island is so beautiful, like it was stuck in the medievals or something, really nice houses, a village surrounded with a big stone wall, very charming! 

After a small first walk in the village we passed a nice Chinese restaurant so we went there to have some dinner, afterwards we went to the Länsteatern where the premiere of the Systerna sisters would be, Anita wanted to see their managers, we stood there for 2 minutes and who came around the corner? Benny and his wife Mona. We didn't see them at first but then Mona nudged Benny because she reconised us from Monday. They both laughed "you are really everywhere, aren't you?" we looked at them and laughed as well. they quickly said hello and went inside. we had the giberish for a whole evening about this happening. 

The day after we went to have a little look around in the village, really beautiful and we had a nice fika (photos to come) on the evening it was time for the Systerna sisters, eventhough the whole show was in Swedish I understand most of it and it was really funny, the 4 new songs by Benny Andersson were really amazing and touching at the same time. 
After the show we had the chance to meet Josefin and Marie and they are really sweet!! they were impressed we came from quite far to see them.

What a great weekend, I'm really tired but I'm back in Stockholm now to enjoy some more days here
